Mary Lee joined Baird in September 2022 and became part of The Forward Legacy Group in February 2023. Prior to joining Baird, she worked at a boutique investment advisory firm in Milwaukee and spent time working in the hospitality industry overseas. These experiences helped shape her adaptability, creativity, and appreciation for building connections with people.
