As PWM Team Client Service Lead, Emily is responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consistent client experience by overseeing team operations and establishing best practices. She stays involved across all areas of the business, supporting day-to-day operations and building strong client relationships.
Emily joined Baird and The Forward Legacy Group in 2015 and has been an important part of the team’s success since. She echoes the team’s collaborative culture, where clients are treated with care and respect, and team members support one another. She also values the team’s balance, working hard while recognizing achievements and making time for life outside the office.

Outside of the office, Emily leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys long-distance running and cycling as a member of the Team Wisconsin cycling team, along with reading and spending time with family and friends. Emily lives in Brookfield with her husband, Adam, and their two daughters.
