Deanne is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for their future with clarity and confidence. Drawing on her experience as a Certified Financial Planner®, she creates thoughtful, personalized financial plans that align with each client’s goals, values, and life circumstances.
Deanne began her time at Baird in 2004 as a Client Specialist and transitioned into her role as a Financial Advisor in 2022. Her time in an administrative role developed a deep understanding of both the technical and personal sides of financial planning. She especially enjoys working alongside clients to map out a path forward, adjust strategies as life evolves, and celebrate key milestones along the way.
Prior to Baird, Deanne worked as a Data Analyst for Buell Motorcycle Company, a former subsidiary of Harley-Davidson. She appreciates being part of an employee-owned firm that prioritizes long-term relationships, community involvement, and recognizing the contributions of its associates.

When she’s not working, Deanne enjoys exercising, gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Mukwonago with her two children and their Boston Terrier, Boone.
