The team’s newest Client Specialist, Cora joined Baird in 2025 and The Forward Legacy Group in 2026, bringing a natural passion for connecting with others and delivering exceptional service. She supports daily administrative operations and plays an active role in planning and executing client events, all while enjoying the opportunity to be part of clients’ meaningful life moments.
Before joining Baird, Cora built a strong foundation in client service through administrative roles with a local court reporting firm and a local nonprofit arts organization. She spent extensive time in the performing arts world, a background that reflects both her creativity and discipline. Cora has a longstanding connection to Baird, having been introduced to the firm’s culture early in life through her family. Today, she values that same close-knit environment and the genuine care shared among colleagues and clients.
