Prior to joining Baird, Ben spent five years serving clients at JPMorgan, where he gained valuable experience delivering personalized financial guidance. He moved to Baird at the end of 2025 and officially joined The Forward Legacy Group in 2026. What drew him to Baird is the firm’s employee-owned structure and client-first focus. Supported by the firm’s strong reputation and flexible approach, he delivers thoughtful advice backed by extensive resources and expertise.

More About Ben
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Ben on the golf course, hunting, or cheering on Wisconsin sports. A former Badger football player (2013–2016), he still enjoys staying connected to the program as a member of the National W Club. He’s also a member of the Milwaukee Athletic Club and values any time he can spend up north with family. Ben and his wife, Laney, live in Wauwatosa with their son Tobias and their beloved cockapoo, Millie.

One destination that he’d like to visit someday is Hemer, Germany—a town tied to his family name.
